Community Investment

During the past few years, we have seen our current City Council deal with aging infrastructure and paying the cost for neglecting the needs of our city’s water system. It’s been an expensive lesson. If I am elected to the Goldsboro City Council, I will push for proactive programs to forecast current needs for improvement and how we will cash-flow those improvements. Then I will set my goals on what our future needs will be to embrace a growth plan with a balance of residential, commercial, and industrial growth. Finally, I want to expand our Parks & Recreation Department to serve more people with whole-life programs for all ages. If we want to build on our quality of life, there is no better investment than in our Parks.
